Lorsque nous naissons, toute l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale et nos parents attendent avec impatience le premier cri, celui qui va d\u00e9coller les poumons et permettre la vie, et lorsque nous quittons ce monde, nous donnons notre dernier souffle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Lorsque vous commencez une prise en charge en sophrologie, la toute premi\u00e8re chose que l&rsquo;on va vous demander est de <strong>respirer en conscience<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Pourquoi?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">La respiration a cette capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>diminuer le stress<\/strong> et l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e0 mieux <strong>oxyg\u00e9ner<\/strong> le cerveau et \u00e0 <strong>d\u00e9tendre<\/strong>. Vous prenez un moment pour vous, vous vous accordez du temps, et vous pr\u00e9server votre espace int\u00e9rieur pour souffler. Vous \u00eates l\u00e0, au moment pr\u00e9sent&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><em>L&rsquo;<strong>inspiration<\/strong> permet de se reconnecter \u00e0 soi, se faire confiance, s&rsquo;oxyg\u00e9ner, reprendre de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, s&rsquo;ancrer et \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent ; L&rsquo;<strong>expiration<\/strong> permet d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuer les pens\u00e9es pesantes, de se d\u00e9toxifier, de s&rsquo;apaiser, de rel\u00e2cher le corps, de clarifier l&rsquo;esprit, et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/amesophro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/31vA6XoCCzL._SX331_BO1204203200_.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-312\" width=\"206\" height=\"308\" srcset=\"https:\/\/amesophro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/31vA6XoCCzL._SX331_BO1204203200_.jpg 333w, https:\/\/amesophro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/31vA6XoCCzL._SX331_BO1204203200_-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 206px) 100vw, 206px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Voici diff\u00e9rentes respirations que vous pouvez d\u00e9j\u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter chez vous:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La respiration 3\/6:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">C&rsquo;est la respiration que je pr\u00e9conise pour s&rsquo;apaiser. Elle consiste \u00e0 inspirer sur 3 temps. Retenir sa respiration 1 ou 2 secondes. Puis expirer lentement sur 6 temps (voir plus). A pratiquer sur plusieurs cycles (3 ou 4), puis faire une pause, et recommencer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Le fait d&rsquo;allonger l&rsquo;expiration va stimuler le syst\u00e8me parasympathique, qui est l\u00e0 pour nous apaiser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Vous pouvez \u00e9galement imaginer que vous inspirer de la douceur. Et \u00e0 l\u2019expiration, imaginez une bougie devant vous et amusez vous \u00e0 faire vaciller la flamme, sans l&rsquo;\u00e9teindre, sans forcer, doucement, paisiblement&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La respiration Carr\u00e9e:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Cette respiration va \u00e9quilibrer le syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique et le parasympathique. Elle permet de r\u00e9duire le stress et l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, mais elle va \u00e9galement am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 de concentration, la clart\u00e9 mentale. Elle est tout indiqu\u00e9 avant un \u00e9v\u00e9nement qui demande une certaine concentration (prise de parole en public, examen, permis de conduire etc&#8230;) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Elle consiste \u00e0 inspirer sur 4 temps, retenir sur 4 temps, expirer sur 4 temps, et retenir sur 4 temps. A pratiquer sur 3 cycles, faire une pause, puis recommencer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La respiration abdominale:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">La respiration ventrale(bas du ventre) est celle que je propose en premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance. Elle permet de purifier les \u00e9nergies. Elle va d\u00e9faire les n\u0153uds d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et les tensions mentales. C&rsquo;est une respiration qui stimule le corps et le syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Elle consiste \u00e0 gonfler le ventre comme un ballon de baudruche \u00e0 l&rsquo;inspiration, et le d\u00e9gonfler lentement \u00e0 l&rsquo;expiration, pour vider l&rsquo;air compl\u00e8tement du ventre. Cette respiration va calmer et permet de se recentrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une vid\u00e9o sur YouTube pour vous accompagner dans la d\u00e9couverte de cette respiration abdominale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La respiration costale:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Elle consiste \u00e0 placer ses mains sur les c\u00f4tes, sous la poitrine. Et \u00e0 l&rsquo;inspiration, vous ouvrez les mains, comme les ailes d&rsquo;un papillon. A l&rsquo;expiration, vous refermez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Cette respiration va lib\u00e9rer les \u00e9motions. En effet, si vous regardez votre corps en positionnant vos mains de cette mani\u00e8re, vous avez au milieu des majeurs un trou. A cet endroit, c&rsquo;est le <strong>plexus solaire<\/strong>.C&rsquo;est le n\u0153ud des \u00e9motions. Lorsque vous \u00eates stress\u00e9, il est bon de d\u00e9nouer cet endroit, en utilisant pourquoi pas une huile essentielle de <em>Petit Grain Bigaradier<\/em> par exemple. C&rsquo;est un carrefour important, \u00e9galement au niveau \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Il est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme notre <strong>R\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/strong>, notre centre \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de pouvoir et de confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La respiration pulmonaire:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Cette respiration consiste \u00e0 poser ses mains sur la poitrine , au-dessus des seins. Vous inspirez en gonflant la poitrine (le ventre reste plat) et en \u00e9cartant les mains, pour ouvrir les poumons, et \u00e0 l&rsquo;expiration, vous ramenez vos mains, et videz vos poumons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Cette respiration lib\u00e8re le mental, chasse les nuages gris dans la t\u00eate et calme le petit v\u00e9lo parfois insistant. Elle permet \u00e9galement de purifier le chakra du c\u0153ur, lieu de l&rsquo;\u00e9motivit\u00e9, de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et d&rsquo;\u00e9motions \u00e9galement. Cette respiration va d\u00e9bloquer les tensions nerveuses, et sera d&rsquo;une grande utilit\u00e9 chez les asthmatiques et les personnes soufrant de crises de spasmophilie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La respiration compl\u00e8te:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Elle reprend ses 3 derni\u00e8res respirations: ventrale, costale et pulmonaire. A l&rsquo;inspiration, vous commencez par le ventre, puis les c\u00f4tes, puis les poumons. Et \u00e0 l&rsquo;expiration, vous d\u00e9gonflez d&rsquo;abord les poumons, les c\u00f4tes e enfin le ventre. Cette respiration a une action globale. Elle est tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, mais il est important de d&rsquo;abord ma\u00eetriser chacune des respirations pour \u00eatre parfaitement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise.
