C&rsquo;est une r\u00e9action complexe, un signal bref de quelques secondes, qui se produit dans l&rsquo;organisme pour nous alerter, pour nous faire comprendre que l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre et l&rsquo;harmonie sont perturb\u00e9s. Cette r\u00e9action nous pousse \u00e0 agir, \u00e0 avoir un <strong>comportement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9motions sont utiles, naturelles et saines. Mais parfois, ce sont nos r\u00e9actions \u00e0 nos \u00e9motions qui sont inadapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la situation. Elles sont de v\u00e9ritables <strong>alli\u00e9es<\/strong> qu&rsquo;il est essentiel d&rsquo;entendre et d&rsquo;\u00e9couter, car porteuses de messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos \u00e9motions vont se manifester via notre corps, v\u00e9ritable lien entre le corps et l&rsquo;esprit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a <strong>4 <\/strong>\u00e9motions<strong> fondamentales<\/strong> (vous en trouverez plus dans certains ouvrages, mais \u00e0 mon sens, de ces 4 \u00e9motions d\u00e9coulent toutes les autres): <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><em>la peur, la col\u00e8re, la tristesse, et la joie.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Pourquoi avons-nous des \u00e9motions?<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9motions sont provoqu\u00e9es par quelque chose d&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur qui vient perturber l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre int\u00e9rieur: elles ont donc en premier lieu un r\u00f4le de <strong>messager<\/strong>. Dans le r\u00e8gne animal, les \u00e9motions sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement suivies par une action: lorsqu&rsquo;un animal a peur, il va fuir. En tant qu&rsquo;humain civilis\u00e9, il est parfois difficile d&rsquo;agir, c&rsquo;est pourquoi nous avons tendance \u00e0 \u00e9touffer ou r\u00e9primer nos \u00e9motions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Nos \u00e9motions sont l\u00e0 pour identifier un besoin et pr\u00e9venir le cerveau que quelque-chose perturbe l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre interne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><em>Toutes nos \u00e9motions sont n\u00e9cessaires et sont l\u00e0 pour nous apprendre quelque-chose sur nous. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9couter, c&rsquo;est devenir acteur de sa vie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9motions ont aussi une fonction de <strong>communication<\/strong>. Elles permettent de transmettre un message, via un dialogue non verbal. Vous devenez blanc comme un linge lorsque vous avez peur, vous tremblez; vous arborez un sourire jusqu&rsquo;aux oreilles et des yeux qui p\u00e9tillent lorsque vous \u00eates en joie&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>La somatisation:<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Une <strong>\u00e9motion<\/strong> a une dur\u00e9e de vie br\u00e8ve. Si elle n&rsquo;est pas exprim\u00e9e, si elle est \u00e9touff\u00e9e, elle va s&rsquo;ancrer, se cristalliser , s&rsquo;imprimer dans le corps. On parlera alors de <strong>sentiments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><em>La peur devient panique, la col\u00e8re devient haine, la tristesse devient d\u00e9pression, la joie devient hyst\u00e9rie.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9motions non entendues, qui se cristallisent, vont passer le relais au corps. C&rsquo;est la maladie (le \u00ab\u00a0mal-a-dit\u00a0\u00bb) qui attirent l&rsquo;attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0Tout ce qui ne s&rsquo;exprime pas s&rsquo;imprime\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9motions deviennent des maux, se transforment en tension contre soi. On devient sous emprise de nos propres \u00e9motions, emprise qui peut devenir destructrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise, on associe certains organes aux \u00e9motions. Par exemple, quelqu&rsquo;un qui va \u00eatre en col\u00e8re va affaiblir son foie, les peurs vont affaiblir les reins etc.. Vous comprenez donc comment une \u00e9motion non g\u00e9r\u00e9e qui devient chronique va nuire \u00e0 la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Pourquoi accueillir ses \u00e9motions?<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Accueillir ses \u00e9motions, \u00e7a va vous offrir plus d&rsquo;aisance dans votre vie, un bien-\u00eatre, une ma\u00eetrise de soi. Vous allez avoir une meilleure estime de vous, et votre confiance sera d&rsquo;autant plus grande. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accueillir ses \u00e9motions, c&rsquo;est aussi devenir <strong>ma\u00eetre de sa vie<\/strong>, en \u00e9coutant ses besoins. De quoi ai-je <strong>besoin<\/strong> pour \u00eatre bien dans ma vie? Accueillir les \u00e9motions sereinement et leur donner leur juste place, celle de messager. Ne pas essayer de ma\u00eetriser ou contr\u00f4ler. Savoir \u00e9couter, SANS jugement, avec auto-empathie. Ne jamais s&rsquo;en vouloir d&rsquo;avoir telle ou telle r\u00e9action. Nous sommes humains apr\u00e8s tout&#8230;Soyez bienveillant envers vous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Observer et <strong>rep\u00e9rer les pr\u00e9misses<\/strong> d&rsquo;une \u00e9motion, observez les pens\u00e9es qui provoquent certaines \u00e9motions. Cela vous permettra de relativiser et de ne pas vous laisser d\u00e9border par vos \u00e9motions, de ne pas avoir de r\u00e9actions inappropri\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cultiver la <strong>pens\u00e9e positive<\/strong>. si vous ne l&rsquo;avez pas encore regard\u00e9, je vous invite \u00e0 aller sur ma cha\u00eene YouTube pour regarder la vid\u00e9o sur le <strong>mental n\u00e9gatif<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travailler la <strong>connexion au corps<\/strong>. Le 1er pilier en sophrologie est \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du sch\u00e9ma corporel\u00a0\u00bb.Savoir \u00e9couter son corps, ses sensations est indispensable pour se connaitre, notre corps \u00e9tant le v\u00e9hicule de nos \u00e9motions. D&rsquo;ailleurs, si vous \u00eates adepte d&rsquo;hom\u00e9opathie, vous savez combien chaque sympt\u00f4me de votre corps est important pour porter un diagnostique et trouver le traitement adapt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travailler la <strong>respiration<\/strong>, pour se recentrer, revenir \u00e0 soi. En revenant \u00e0 soi et \u00e0 sa respiration, on abandonne le contr\u00f4le et un l\u00e2cher-prise corporel s&rsquo;op\u00e8re. Je vous invite \u00e0 aller sur ma cha\u00eene YouTube pour exp\u00e9rimenter les diff\u00e9rentes respirations. La respiration est aussi un bon outil de d\u00e9tente et de relaxation. A user et abuser sans limites!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prendre du <strong>recul<\/strong> sur soi, sur les situations. On en vient au 2\u00e8me pilier de la sophrologie \u00ab\u00a0Principe de R\u00e9alit\u00e9 Objective\u00a0\u00bb: avoir une vision plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, plus \u00e9tendue sur les \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui se pr\u00e9sentent. En changeant de regarde sur une \u00e9motion, on cesse un combat interne contre soi-m\u00eame. On accepte sereinement et avec confiance ce qui est.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire des <strong>soins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong>. Les soins sont un bon support pour nettoyer, lib\u00e9rer ce qui a besoin de l&rsquo;\u00eatre et pour r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer les \u00e9nergies dans le corps. Ils sont l\u00e0 pour d\u00e9grossir, pour donner le coup de balai. A vous ensuite d&rsquo;op\u00e9rer les changements n\u00e9cessaires et nourrir vos pens\u00e9es positives pour lancer le processus&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adopter les <strong>\u00e9lixirs floraux<\/strong>. Outil merveilleux, les \u00e9lixirs floraux sont utilis\u00e9s pour harmoniser, fluidifier les \u00e9tats \u00e9motionnels, pour sortir des \u00e9motions inconfortables. Ils ne vont pas changer une personne, juste r\u00e9v\u00e9ler les ressources et capacit\u00e9s parfois cach\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et je terminerai sur la notion de <em><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9 Emotionnelle<\/strong><\/em>. Elle signifie ne pas tenir responsable autrui de ce que l&rsquo;on ressent nous-m\u00eame, ne pas consid\u00e9rer l&rsquo;autre comme d\u00e9clencheur\/responsable\/source de nos \u00e9motions.
